also sewage management for the area. I have been informed that the Glyn Estate sewage piping capacity, down into the town is already at a maximum.

The LDP should seriously consider removing the area designated on map 347 from the forthcoming Conwy LDP.

Summary Objection on the grounds that land surface drainage is problematic, there is limited road access, badger setts are on the site, footpaths are compromised.
Building on farmland in this locality would destroy the beauty and peace of the valley, have serious consequence for the environment, raise preservation and
conservation issues, destroy amenities/leisure and tourism facilities.
We believe the concept of building at Glyn Farm and along the Nant y Grlyn Valley to be flawed, inappropriate, misguided and incomprehensible. It sets an
alarming precedent about building in open countryside.

Summary Objection on grounds of inadequate drainage and possible flooding. Increased traffic increases the risk of accidents.
Change Sought: Groes Road is too narrow to have more traffic. Most of the road is one way as cars are parked all down the one side. 144 new houses will mean at least 288
more cars. It is the only road up to the estate. It is a good thing the emergency services are not stationed too far away, that is if they can get up here.
