“U” Cases<br />

What types <strong>of</strong> unemployable cases are there?<br />

There are three (3) types:<br />

• Unemployable – individuals who are<br />

unemployable because <strong>of</strong> a physical incapacity.<br />

• Needs Special Assistance (NSA) individuals who<br />

are unemployable because <strong>of</strong> a mental<br />

disability.<br />

Refer to GR 41-100 for details.<br />

• Administratively unemployable – individuals who<br />

are unemployable for reasons other than<br />

physical.<br />
