What does the Employment Needs Evaluation<br />

consist <strong>of</strong>?<br />

As a condition <strong>of</strong> eligibility for GR, at application,<br />

all adult employable individuals who appear<br />

eligible to GR are referred to the Employment<br />

Specialist for completion <strong>of</strong> the Employment<br />

Needs Evaluation.<br />

Each individual interviewed by the Employment<br />

Specialist is provided with information about the<br />

following:<br />

‣ The GROW program and the benefits <strong>of</strong><br />

employment.<br />

‣ GR time limits.<br />

‣ The ABP 191, Welfare-to-Work Employment<br />

Training for Non-Custodial Parents (an out<br />

<strong>of</strong> drawer form) and the Welfare-to-Work<br />

training programs, if applicable, for non-
