Office Occupations (OP)<br />

The 12-week Office Occupations (OP) component<br />

is for individuals who express an interest in working<br />

in an <strong>of</strong>fice environment. Individuals in OP will work<br />

hands-on with computers and <strong>of</strong>fice related<br />

s<strong>of</strong>tware programs.<br />

Youth Component<br />

The Youth component provides services for<br />

individuals between the ages <strong>of</strong> 18 and 21, and is<br />

designed to prepare young adults to successfully<br />

enter the working world by <strong>of</strong>fering a variety <strong>of</strong><br />

employment, educational and vocational training<br />

programs. The Youth component is available to<br />

individuals after they complete Vocational<br />

Assessment, or if they are returning individuals,<br />

after completion <strong>of</strong> JSPC or Fastrak.<br />

Non-Custodial Parent Component<br />

The Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) component is<br />

designed to assist individuals find employment and<br />

meet their child support obligations. Individuals<br />

must complete Vocational Assessment before they<br />

can be assigned to the NCP component.<br />

Individuals who are returning to GROW after being<br />

time-limited <strong>of</strong>f GR can also be referred after<br />

completing JSPC or Fastrak during their current<br />

enrollment period.<br />

One-Stop Component<br />

The One-Stop Component is available to individuals<br />

who have completed Vocational Assessment.<br />

Individuals who are returning to GROW after being<br />

enrollment period.<br />

Homeless Court<br />

The Homeless Court Component is designed to<br />

help individuals resolve some <strong>of</strong> the legal barriers<br />

that may prevent them from attaining selfsufficiency.<br />

It helps individuals clear up old quality<br />

<strong>of</strong> life <strong>of</strong>fenses such as: jaywalking, sleeping in<br />

public places, illegal use <strong>of</strong> shopping carts, etc., and<br />

the warrants that arise from failing to resolve these<br />

<strong>of</strong>fenses.
