MSARP?
Yes, individuals, previously pre-screened as
negative may be referred to MSARP because of a
potential alcohol/drug problem. When either the
GROW Case Manager/Liaison or Eligibility staff
identifies that a referral to MSARP may be needed,
the EW completes the Data Collection subsystem,
GR 40-121 – Time
Limits
GR 40-121.1 – Definition What are the GR time limits?
Employable individuals are time limited to six
months plus an additional three months (for
continued GROW participation) in any 12 month
period (a maximum of 277 days). All individuals
must have time limits explained to them as part of
the application process, annual agreement or at any
time an explanation is requested.
NOTE: Time limits apply only to GR benefits, not
to Food Stamps.
The employability status of individuals is tracked on
LEADER. When the status changes from
employable to another status and back to
employable again, the tracking of employable time
is automatically resumed effective the date of the
change.
