Employable individuals who fail to comply with<br />

day progressive penalty.<br />

In addition, individuals who, without good cause,<br />

fail to comply with the Mandatory Substance<br />

Abuse Program Requirements (MSARP) are<br />

also subject to the 0/30/60 day penalty.<br />

The first time an individual fails a requirement within<br />

denial/termination <strong>of</strong> GR. Because it is the first<br />

time, a “0” penalty period is applied, and counted as
