GR 45-110.1 How<br />

How are B&C payments made:<br />

B&C payments are made as vendor payments to the<br />

facility, and the personal, incidental and clothing<br />

allowance is issued to the individual monthly.<br />

GR 45-110.2 When<br />

When are payments made?<br />

B&C payments may be budgeted when the Worker<br />

determines that the individual meets all GR eligibility<br />

requirements and the B&C facility is licensed. The<br />

ABP 320-3, Certification <strong>of</strong> GR B&C Client’s<br />

Signature, must be received by SOS/VPU before<br />

B&C payment can be issued to the facility.<br />

An ABP 100, Notice Regarding Rent/Room and<br />

Board/B&C/Dormitory Rate, (a LEADER generated<br />

form) is sent by LEADER to notify the B&C facility <strong>of</strong><br />

approval or denial or GR benefits.<br />

GR 45-110.3 Date<br />

Tenant Moved List<br />

What is the Date Tenant Moved (DTM) list?<br />

A LEADER generated DTM list is produced monthly<br />

and forwarded to districts. The listing indicates the<br />

date the individual left a B&C facility, as reported to<br />

SOS/VPU by the facility. Based on the date<br />

provided by the facility, SOS/VPU stops payment to<br />

the facility to avoid an overpayment.<br />

Instructions for action needed by the district are<br />

included with the report.<br />

GR 45-111 Treatment <strong>of</strong><br />

Income<br />

How is income treated for B&C cases?<br />

For B&C case ONLY, the Worker does the manual<br />

computation/deduction as follows:<br />

• Income is deducted in the month <strong>of</strong> receipt.<br />

• The full amount <strong>of</strong> the monthly income is<br />

deducted effective the first <strong>of</strong> the month and (if<br />

applicable) stopped the end <strong>of</strong> the month or when<br />

the individual leaves the facility. This applies<br />

even if the individual is in the facility only part <strong>of</strong>
