Which individuals are evaluated for potential
UIB?
All individuals must be evaluated to determine
whether they appear to meet the eligibility
requirements for UIB.
All individuals who appear to meet the requirements
must apply for these benefits within five working
days of the date they are advised to apply. Failure
to comply is grounds for denial or termination.
