• Adult children.<br />

• Relatives who do not meet the above description<br />

<strong>of</strong> individuals aided in the same case.<br />

• Non-related adults.<br />

Related Felons<br />

Are individuals with a drug-related felony eligible<br />

for GR?<br />

Any person who was convicted <strong>of</strong> a drug-related<br />

felony after December 31, 1997 and who is a nonaided<br />

member <strong>of</strong> a CalWORKs Assistance Unit (AU)<br />

is ineligible for GR. This determination is made<br />

based on the individual’s verbal declaration,<br />

statement on the application, or information from any<br />

reliable source.<br />
