Termination Codes<br />

What are the GROW termination codes?<br />

The following termination codes are for use in the<br />

GROW program – all <strong>of</strong> the below termination<br />

reasons are sanctionable:<br />

CA = Individual failed Case Manager appointment<br />

DM = Individual failed to keep Domestic Violence<br />

appointment<br />

EX = Individual failed to keep Work Experience<br />

appointment<br />

FO = Individual failed Orientation appointment<br />

FT = Individual failed to Keep Fastrak appointment<br />

JC = Individual failed to keep Job Club appointment<br />

JS = Individual failed to keep Job Search<br />

appointment<br />

MH = Individual failed to keep Mental Health<br />

appointment<br />

NC = Manual Non-Compliance<br />

OP = Individual failed to keep Office Occupation<br />

appointment<br />

OS = Individual failed to keep One-Stop<br />

appointment<br />

SP = Individual failed to comply with Self-Initiated<br />

Program Requirements<br />

TA = Individual failed to keep Education/Training<br />

appointment<br />

VA = Individual failed to keep Vocational<br />

Assessment appointment<br />

WR = Individual failed Other Employment<br />

Requirements (includes applicants who fail to<br />

complete the Needs Evaluation)<br />

WT = Individual refused Job Offer or Training<br />

YT = Individual failed to keep Youth Component<br />

appointment<br />

How are employable individuals referred to<br />

GROW?<br />

For English/Spanish-Speaking Individuals:<br />

The GROW referral process begins on the day<br />

<strong>of</strong> application. Following the eligibility screening<br />

process, or when eligibility status changes to E,<br />

individuals are referred, by the Screener, to the<br />

Employment Specialist.<br />
