GR 44-213.4 Money<br />

Management Case<br />

Verification: A completed copy <strong>of</strong> the PA 101-3,<br />

Dormitory Facility Verification ( a LEADER generated<br />

form) is required. Individuals who are budgeted for<br />

the Dormitory Rate are sent a PA 474, “Important<br />

Notice About Room & Board/dormitory Payments,”<br />

(an out <strong>of</strong> drawer form) within one workday <strong>of</strong><br />

approval.<br />

What verification is needed for dormitory money<br />

management cases?<br />

The following verification is needed:<br />

• A completed PA 473.<br />

• A PA 100 is completed and sent to the vendor<br />

when the Dormitory Rate is approved as a vendor<br />

payment.<br />

GR 44-213.5 Issuing<br />

Dormitory Rate<br />

How is the Dormitory Rate issued?<br />

• In most cases, the current Dormitory Rate<br />

payment <strong>of</strong> $208, ($143 for the facility and $65 for<br />

food) plus $20 (personal and incidental needs and<br />

clothing) is made to the individual.<br />

• If the case is money management, the Dormitory<br />

Rate ($143) is paid the facility by vendor<br />

payments. The food ($65) and personal and<br />

incidental needs ($20) payment is issued via EBT<br />

to the individual.<br />

GR 44-214 Board &<br />

Care (B&C)<br />

How much is the B&C payment?<br />

B&C payments (currently $268) are made as vendor<br />

payments to the facility. A payment <strong>of</strong> $20 (personal<br />

and incidental needs <strong>of</strong> $11 and clothing $9) is issued<br />

to the individual via EBT.<br />
