Requirements<br />

What are voter eligibility requirements?<br />

To be eligible to vote, the individual must:<br />

Be a U.S. citizen.<br />

Be at least 18 years old by the date <strong>of</strong> the next<br />

election.<br />

Be living in the State <strong>of</strong> California.<br />

Not be in prison or on parole for the conviction <strong>of</strong><br />

a felony or not have been judged by the court to<br />

be mentally incompetent.<br />

What voter registration services are available at<br />

intake?<br />

The PA 106, Would You Like to Register to Vote, (a<br />

LEADER generated form) is given to all eligible<br />

individuals. The PA 106 is a user initiated form on<br />

the Client Correspondence screen.<br />

Annual Agreement?<br />

The PA 106 is included in the annual agreement<br />

packets sent to individuals.<br />

it. If the individual refuses to sign, the individual is<br />
