Requirements
What are voter eligibility requirements?
To be eligible to vote, the individual must:
Be a U.S. citizen.
Be at least 18 years old by the date of the next
election.
Be living in the State of California.
Not be in prison or on parole for the conviction of
a felony or not have been judged by the court to
be mentally incompetent.

LEADER generated form) is given to all eligible
individuals. The PA 106 is a user initiated form on
the Client Correspondence screen.
