The agreement between the District and Sarasota County for the project is under development. Details for the project's
scope of work are still pending the development of preliminary designs (and cost estimates) and are not anticipated to be
completed until late September early October 2009. It is anticipated the draft agreement will be undergoing review by
both parties in late October 2009 early November 2009, with full execution by both parties in December 2009.
