A three month no cost time extension through 03/31/2008 was approved to finish the review and editing process of the
draft and final reports. Due to the highly technical nature of the document and numerous calculations, longer review and
revision times were needed to ensure all data, interpretations, and conclusions contained within the document are
accurate. The final draft document review was completed by District staff and changes to the document are being
completed. A final draft was received by the District in January 2009, District staff responded with a second round of
comments. A final report was submitted May 20, 2009 and accepted by the District May 26,2009. The final invoice has
been paid and the purchase order closed. Project records have been sent to Contracts.
