Changing Software Category ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 8.0 :: Admin Guide Using this option, you can change the existing category of the software. Say, from Graphics software to Multimedia software so on. 1. Click the Software -> Scanned Software under Resources block. All the scanned softwares are listed. 2. Enable the check box beside the software to change the software category. 3. Click Change Category button. The Change Software Category to window pops up. 4. Select the software category from the list, say Accounting, Development. 5. Save the changes. The category for the selected software is changed. ZOHO Corp. 239

You can select multiple software to be deleted. 2. Click the Delete button. A pop up window pops up asking your confirmation on the delete process. 3. Click OK to proceed.
