While the output is exposed in XML format.

Password for every API operation.

Request, Site, Technician, Requester and
Assets.
Future Enhancements
The input data is sent as an XML
string and the output is exposed as an
XML string.

Authentication is through Technician
Key for every API operation.
Supports operations on Requests
alone.
