Causes and Effects of the Actual Crisis. Partnership
Economy – A Project for the Future of the European Union
Abstract. The contemporary crisis is a consequence of the
development of nominal economy, strongly stimulated by multinational
corporations by multiplying their functioning forms and mechanisms,
becoming a speculative economy, in contradiction with the movement of real
economy. The reinforcement of the European Union’s entity and of national
economies is connected with the promotion of the real partnership economy,
by community measures meant to insure that at least 25% of the capital
invested by corporations would be national capital and approx. 25-30% of
the registered capital would belong to the employees, on the account of profit
distribution. Partnership economy implies that the decisions which are taken
within a corporation should be based on a dialogue between partners and by
unanimity in adopting them.

Lumea contemporană se confruntă cu o mare varietate de crize,
de mare complexitate, generate de cauze naturale şi social-economice,
aflate în interdependenţe permanente, de forma celor ciclice,
sezoniere, parţiale, globale etc., cu o tendinţă de accentuare în ultimii
ani şi cu consecinţe profunde, în plan regional şi mondial. Faţă de
gravitatea lor, instituţiile naţionale şi internaţionale adoptă măsuri
sporadice, ineficiente, într-o concurenţă aspră, pentru a găsi subiecţii
economici şi sociali care să suporte consecinţele crizelor economice.
