With the deceleration entered in this parameter, the deceleration takes<br />

place from the last effective velocity command value to the new velocity<br />

command value as soon as the velocity at the ramp output is smaller than<br />

the value in P-0-1202, Final speed ramp 1.<br />

P-0-1213, Deceleration ramp 2<br />

The deceleration entered in P-0-1213, Deceleration ramp 2 takes effect<br />

in the "velocity control" mode during the deceleration process.<br />

With the deceleration entered in this parameter, the deceleration takes<br />

place from the last effective velocity command value to the new velocity<br />

command value as long as the velocity at the ramp output is greater than<br />

the value in P-0-1202, Final speed ramp 1.<br />

Via this parameter it is possible to influence, i.e. to control, the execution<br />

of a velocity control mode in the operating mode.<br />

In conjunction with the motor potentiometer available in the "velocity<br />

control" mode, this parameter is used for the following purposes:<br />

• For linear velocity change:<br />

Definition of the velocity change by which the ramp velocity changes<br />

when setting P-0-1214, bit8 ("ramp+")<br />

�∆P-0-1218 = activation time * [P-0-1215]<br />

• For square velocity change:<br />

Definition of the acceleration change by which the ramp velocity<br />

changes within 2 s when setting P-0-1214, bit8 ("ramp+")<br />

�∆acceleration = activation time * ( [P-0-1215] / 2 s)<br />

Note: With the input activated the velocity is increased in linear or<br />

square form (see P-0-1214, Motor potentiometer, control<br />
