For asynchronous third-party motors it is possible via C3200 Command<br />

Calculate motor data to calculate the values for motor parameters from<br />

the type plate data and then the values of the motor control parameters.<br />

The activation of C3200 first requires manual input of the motor data from<br />

the type plate of the asynchronous motor in the list parameter P-0-4032,<br />

Motor type plate data.<br />

Note: When a <strong>Rexroth</strong> motor is used, the content of P-0-4032 and<br />

the command C3200 are irrelevant as for these motors all<br />

parameters required for operation are stored in the data base<br />

for motor data (<strong>Drive</strong>Base).<br />

P-0-4036, Rated motor speed<br />

Input min/max: Default value: Unit:<br />

MPB: 0,0000 / 429496,7295 1000,0000 Rpm<br />

This parameter defines the speed that begins above the field weakening<br />

range. Voltage reference value is DC bus voltage DC540V (uncontrolled<br />

supply at 3xAC400V –5%).<br />

Note:<br />

Writing the correct value to this parameter:<br />

• for <strong>Rexroth</strong> motors of the MAD and MAF lines, if an<br />

encoder data memory is available, automatically at initial<br />

commissioning<br />

• for linear and rotary asynchronous kit motors by loading the<br />

motor parameters with the "IndraWorks D" commissioning<br />

tool<br />

• for other asynchronous motors manual input according to<br />

manufacturer's specification (see completed form for the<br />

output data of asynchronous motors!)<br />

• The parameter is not used for synchronous motors.<br />

P-0-4039, Stator leakage inductance<br />

MPB: 0,001 / 4294967,295 5,000 mH<br />

This parameter is only used for operating asynchronous motors and takes<br />

effect for current control of the motor.<br />

For <strong>Rexroth</strong> motors this value is stored in the <strong>Drive</strong>Base.<br />

For third-party motors this parameter is calculated via the command<br />

C3200 Command Calculate data for asynchronous motor that is<br />

started with P-0-4033.<br />
