En <strong>la</strong> práctica es diferente; los lugares don<strong>de</strong> vive <strong>la</strong> gente se<br />
sitúan frecuentemente a lo <strong>la</strong>rgo <strong>de</strong> los ejes <strong>de</strong> carreteras y no se<br />
encuentran <strong>un</strong>iformemente dispersos en el área geográfica respectiva;<br />
difícilmente <strong>la</strong> topografía no tendrá acci<strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong> relieve; <strong>la</strong>s<br />
posibilida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>de</strong> acceso a <strong>la</strong> escue<strong>la</strong> varían; y a pesar <strong>de</strong> los esfuerzos<br />
<strong>de</strong> los servicios centrales <strong>de</strong> educación, <strong>la</strong>s escue<strong>la</strong>s continúan<br />
diferenciándose entre sí, cuando se <strong>la</strong>s examina según ciertos<br />
criterios. Por lo tanto, se pue<strong>de</strong> concluir que esta presentación<br />
teórica <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s áreas <strong>de</strong> reclutamiento no pue<strong>de</strong> ser útil para resolver<br />
en forma concreta los problemas <strong>de</strong> mapa <strong>esco<strong>la</strong>r</strong>, en cada región.<br />
Por el contrario, permite sin duda proce<strong>de</strong>r globalmente en el nivel<br />
nacional, hacer estimaciones <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s necesida<strong>de</strong>s en cuanto a locales<br />
y equipos. Un ejemplo numérico ilustrará el método,<br />
