1.7 FIREARMS AND WEAPONS
A. The possession, carrying, distribution, sale, use or transportation of firearms or weapons in
vehicles is expressly prohibited on the Federal Express Corporation's premises. This applies, but
is not limited to teargas dispensers (and similar disabling devices), mace, guns, starting pistols,
flare pistols and pocket or hunting knives with a blade exceeding three inches in length. Such
activities as listed above will result in immediate expulsion from the premises and notification of
the proper local authorities.
B. Unless specifically authorized by Federal Express Corporation's Managing Director of Security,
bringing firearms or weapons on Federal Express Corporation's premises is strictly prohibited.
1.8 MISCELLANEOUS
A. Although not all inclusive, the following is a list of specific violations that may result in immediate
expulsion from the premises and/or prosecution.
1. Disruptive Conduct.
2. Insubordination.
3. Deliberate destruction or defacement of Federal Express Corporation's facilities or equipment
4. Violation of safety or security regulations.
5. Loss or suspension of any license or other qualification necessary to legally perform work.
6. Any other act obviously and significantly detrimental to the best interests of the Federal
Express Corporation.
