Delete cue 2 if present (all parts)

Delete cues 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 if
present (all parts)
Renumber cues 2 onwards [starting
the new range from cue 7]
Renumber cues 1 onwards starting
the new range from cue 7, keeping
point cues
Copy cue 1 to cue 2, all parts, or
rename cue 1 to 2 if no intervening
cues
Modifying Cues (Command Line Mode)
The following Command Line syntax examples are normally used with Lightpalette
Where TEXT value etc. is
[omitted], the value is deleted from
the cue.
The current cue is used if the CUE
number is [omitted].
