Auto Channel Paging<br />

Auto Hold Mode<br />

When set to on, setting a channel level automatically pages the display to show<br />

the channel, or in the case of the Patch display in output order, to show the output<br />

Automatically starts the next cue on completion of the current cue. See also wait<br />

time.<br />

Setup option. When on channels cannot be “stolen” from the Channel Control by<br />

cues, subs, and effects.<br />

Bump button<br />

Show Setup option. When on, scrollers and other moving fixtures move to new<br />

positions at the end of a cue while the fixtures are dark.<br />

A lighting state where all intensity channel levels are off. Attributes are not<br />

affected. You can create a blackout by running cue 0 (a permanent blackout cue),<br />

by setting the grand master fader to zero, by pressing [STOP] (having set it to<br />

'Blackout' in the User Setup Screen), by pressing [REM DIM] twice with no<br />

channels selected, or by pressing [*] [@] [*] or [1] [THRU] [LAST] [@] [0]<br />

while in the Live display.<br />

The first cue in the cue sheet is called the blackout cue and is numbered cue 0.<br />

This is an All Fade cue with all intensity levels and times of 0; it does not affect<br />

attributes. It cannot be modified or deleted.<br />

The process of recording submasters, cues, effects, or groups without the results<br />

showing on stage. See also preview and live<br />

A cue into which channels do not track. In a tracking system, this ensures that all<br />

channels are forced to known levels when this cue is run, regardless of any<br />

changes made in cues before it. Channels set in a block cue track to later cues.<br />

A button associated with each submaster fader which flashes the submaster to a<br />

preset level. See also flash and solo. Also a soft key available when the Live<br />

screen is displayed which flashes the currently selected channels. The {BUMP<br />

SUB} softkey on the 510i LCD display bumps the currently selected submaster<br />

Bump mode<br />

Circuit<br />

The current operational mode of the bump buttons, set using [BUMP MODE]<br />

and the bump mode buttons that appear in the centre LCD (consoles with 3 LCD<br />

displays) or right LCD (consoles with 2 LCD displays).<br />
