Link<br />

A jump to a named cue in the cue sheet instead of to the next numerical<br />

cue. Links can be set using [CUE] #{LINK}#, or by activating the edit field by<br />

holding down the [SHIFT] key and moving the rollball to the Link field then<br />

using the wheel to set the link. The link field can also be set to Rtrn to terminate<br />

the link chain. This will force an end to the cue sheet and will not start any more<br />

cues until you explicitly reload it. See also Link<br />

Live Output is active and shown on stage.<br />

The process of editing the lighting levels as they appear on stage.<br />

LTP<br />

The process of recording submasters, cues, effects, or groups from lighting levels<br />

as they appear on stage.<br />

If the Login display is enabled in the 220node.cfg file, the user requires to enter a<br />

user name (Up to 8 alpha-numeric characters) and password to obtain access to<br />

the console or remote within a network. The ADMIN user can set access rights<br />

for each user and for each console, or remote on a network. See also Access<br />

Rights.<br />

Specifies how many times a link is executed from 1 to 255 times. A value of 0 is<br />

indefinitely. Up to 4 loops can be nested within each other.<br />

Lowest takes precedence. If more than one source of control affects a channel, the<br />

channel level is set to the one which is the last to take control. See also HTP.<br />

Macro<br />

A recorded sequence of key presses which can be played back.<br />

Memory Lock<br />

Monitor<br />

Memory Lock prevents recorded data from being altered but does not stop normal<br />

control or playback.<br />

A computer display device. A console can have one to four monitors, which are<br />

connected to, but separate from, the console. See also screen.<br />

Move Fade (MF)<br />

MSC<br />

A cue which fades some channels to the given levels. Other channels are left<br />

unchanged. Abbreviated as MF. See also Cross Fade, All Fade and Cue. This is<br />

the default fade type for <strong>GeniusPro</strong> when Cue Tracking is set to ON<br />

Midi Show Control. A way of controlling a show via the MIDI input.<br />
