• Ask: Which roles are most prevalent in your team meetings?<br />

Which roles are under-utilized? Why?<br />

• Assess what % of time people advocate their ideas versus<br />

inquiring or asking questions. Ask the group to call out their<br />

best guess. What can your team do to inquire more?<br />

• An observer can track how many mover, opposer, supporter,<br />

and integrator statements along <strong>with</strong> questions<br />

were made during a meeting. At the end of the meeting,<br />

share what is called the “Dialogue Metric” to see if you can<br />

increase the questions and also determine which role is<br />

underrepresented.<br />
