you believe will help raise your or your clients’/team’s <strong>Emotional</strong><br />

• Focus on these actions for one to two months until you<br />

develop mastery. Then integrate other strategies that will<br />

benefit you.<br />

• Read, practice, and practice some more.<br />

• Share your plan <strong>with</strong> a peer and your team, which will help<br />

solidify your commitment and immediately engender support<br />

for your goals.<br />

• If you are working <strong>with</strong> a leader, show him or her your Star<br />

Performer Action Plan and set aside time to review your<br />

learning and experiences <strong>with</strong> him or her.<br />

• You can write your responses to the questions in the book or<br />

use a notebook to record your work.
