Dr. Nadler has worked for and consulted to Outward Bound
Schools in North Carolina, Canada, Colorado, and Japan. He is the
co-author of Processing the Experience, a “classic” in the field of
Experiential Education. His concept of “Edgework” explains the power
and steps of pushing past your comfort zone to new achievements,
a core aspect of Outward Bound programs and being a successful
leader and person.
Dr. Nadler received his B.A. from the University of Hartford and
his M.A. in Confluent Education at the University of California, Santa
Barbara. He received his Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology from the
University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Nadler is on the faculty of The
College of Executive Coaching, a post-graduate institute, training
professionals in personal and executive coaching, and is certified in
the use of Daniel Goleman’s and the Hay Group’s Emotional Competence
Inventory. He has a popular weekly Voiceamerica.com show
with Dr. Cathy Greenberg, “Leadership Development News,” on top
leadership practices.
Currently, Dr. Nadler’s work is identifying, developing, and
teaching tools for organizations, teams, and individuals to increase
Emotional Intelligence and become “Star Performers.”
