Dr. Nadler has worked for and consulted to Outward Bound<br />

Schools in North Carolina, Canada, Colorado, and Japan. He is the<br />

co-author of Processing the Experience, a “classic” in the field of<br />

Experiential Education. His concept of “Edgework” explains the power<br />

and steps of pushing past your comfort zone to new achievements,<br />

a core aspect of Outward Bound programs and being a successful<br />

leader and person.<br />

Dr. Nadler received his B.A. from the University of Hartford and<br />

his M.A. in Confluent Education at the University of California, Santa<br />

Barbara. He received his Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology from the<br />

University of Northern Colorado. Dr. Nadler is on the faculty of The<br />

College of Executive Coaching, a post-graduate institute, training<br />

professionals in personal and executive coaching, and is certified in<br />

the use of Daniel Goleman’s and the Hay Group’s <strong>Emotional</strong> Competence<br />

Inventory. He has a popular weekly Voiceamerica.com show<br />

<strong>with</strong> Dr. Cathy Greenberg, “Leadership Development News,” on top<br />

leadership practices.<br />

Currently, Dr. Nadler’s work is identifying, developing, and<br />

teaching tools for organizations, teams, and individuals to increase<br />

<strong>Emotional</strong> <strong>Intelligence</strong> and become “Star Performers.”
