11 A listing of all games to reschedule is displayed. Highlight any games that you do not want to reschedule and
click Delete.
12 Enter the Start Date on which you want the system to begin rescheduling the games listed.
13 The date defaults to the last date after the existing league’s schedule ends.
14 Enter the Maximum Games per Day and Maximum Games per Week, or leave the default settings at 1.
15 Click OK to begin the automatic game rescheduling process. You will return to the League Schedule
Maintenance screen.
16 To view the scheduled changes, highlight the applicable league and click Maintain Schedule. The original
games will be listed with a Status of C (cancelled). The rescheduled games will be listed with a status of N
(normal).
17 Click Exit to return to the Main Menu.
Manually Rescheduling League Games
1 Click the League Sched Maintenance hot button.
OR
Go to Daily � League � League Schedule Maintenance. You will proceed to the League Schedule Maintenance
screen.
2 Highlight the league for which you wish to make reschedule games.
3 Click Maintain Schedule. You will proceed to the Schedule Information for League screen.
4 Highlight the game that you wish to reschedule and click Change. You will proceed to the Add/Change screen.
5 Make changes to the date and times and any other fields as required. Press F1 for field-level Help as needed.
6 Click OK to save your changes and return to the Schedule Information for League screen.
7 Repeat steps 3–6 for as many games as you want to manually reschedule.
8 Click Exit to return to the Main Menu when you are finished.
Making Changes to an Existing League Schedule
Making Changes to a League’s Schedule
1 Click the League Sched Maintenance hot button.

Go to Daily � League � League Schedule Maintenance. You will proceed to the League Schedule Maintenance
screen.
2 Highlight the league for which you wish to make schedule changes.
3 Click Maintain Schedule. You will proceed to the Schedule Information screen.
4 Highlight the game that you wish to update and click Change or click Add to add a new game. You will proceed
to the Add/Change screen.
5 Make any necessary changes. Press F1 for field-level Help as needed.
6 Click OK to save the changes and return to Schedule Information for League screen.
7 Repeat steps 2–6 for all applicable games.
8 Click Exit to return to the Main Menu.
League Financials
Updating Charges for a Team
1 Go to Daily � League � League Cancel/Changes. You will proceed to the League Cancel/Changes Team
Selection screen.
2 In the Lookup field, enter the last name of the household linked to the team for which you wish to update the
league charge and press Enter. You will proceed to the Household Listing screen. Optionally, you may type the
team name, and then click Team Name, to look up by team.
3 Highlight the appropriate household and press Enter or click Select. You will proceed to the League
Cancel/Changes screen.
