This Report: Gives You This Information:
Rental Schedule by Item All reservations for all rental items that fall within the
selected ranges. This report lists all rental items that are
"Out" (checked out) or "Pending" (are reserved but have
not yet been taken out) You may optionally include rental
items that have been "Returned" (checked-in)
Rental Schedule by Class Schedule of reservations for rental items of a certain class
Rental Schedule by Class II
All reservations for all rental items that are linked to a
selected range of rental classes and that fall within a
selected date range.
Rental Status Report A list of items that are currently being rented, regardless
of the out date and in date
Rental Trial Balance Balances due for each household
Total household balances
Total outstanding monies
Who owes you money
Rental Usage Report Number of rentals for each rental item within selected
ranges
Rental Yearly Usage Report Rental figures for the months of the selected and previous
years
Weekly Rental Availability Report Rental availability for a selected range of dates and rental
items

Campsite Calendar Rental information for items designated as campsites
Campsite Search Campsite information on a weekly or date range basis
Campsite Vehicle Search Campsite rental information for a household with the
specified entry in the corresponding user-defined field
Rental Inquiry Current year reservation counts
Item fee information by bill code
Misc income and expense postings
