Reducing Family Members’ Grade Entries by One
The Grade Reduction program allows you to reduce the grade entry of all of your household
family members by 1. This program can be run to reverse the effects of running the Grade Bump
program more than once in a given year.
1 Go to Period End � System � Grade Reduction.
2 In the Maximum Grade to Use field, enter the highest grade number for which you wish to reduce grades.
3 Click Process. The grade reduction process will begin.
4 Click Exit.
Rerunning the Prenote for all Installment Bills
You may find that you need to re-run the pre-note for all of your installment bills if you
organization switches banks, or your bank decides to reconfigure its processing procedures. This
program will de-select the pre-note toggle on all installment bills in your database.
1 Go to the Function menu. Select Custom Program Loader.
2 In the Program to Run field, enter prenote.r.
3 Click OK. The following message will display on your screen: "Do you want to reset all the Installment Bill Prenote
Toggles to No? (This will allow you to rerun a prenote for all Installment Bills)."
4 Click Yes. When the system has finished resetting all the toggles the following message will display: "All
Installment Bills Prenotes Have Been Set to No."
5 Click OK.
Resequencing Question Numbers
When a question is deleted from the middle of a sequence of questions, run the Question Answer
Resequence program (Utilities � System � Question Answer Resequence). Press F1 for fieldlevel
Help as needed.
Household Procedures
A Household’s Line Item Balance is Mistakenly Flagged as Fully Paid
Run the Household Fully Paid Recalc program (Utilities � System � Household Utilities �
Household Fully Paid Recalc). Press F1 for field-level Help as needed.
Have Duplicate Households in the Database
Run the Household Merge/Family Member Transfer program (Utilities � System � Household Utilities
� Household Transfer/Merge) and run the Full Merge or Partial Merge. Press F1 for field-level Help as
needed.
