Changing a User's Generic Visit Pass Type Setting
1 Go to Files � System � Device Maintenance � Printer/Device Maintenance.
2 Select the Visit device linked to the currently logged in user/menu group/workstation/defaults.
3 Click Change.
4 Click Next.
5 Use the Generic dual selection list to enter the appropriate pass type(s). Press F1 for field-level Help as needed.
6 Click Done to save your changes and return to the Device Maintenance screen.
7 Click Exit to return to the Main Menu.
Changing the Morning, Afternoon & Evening Definitions for Pass Type
Visits
1 Go to Files � System � Parameter Codes Maintenance � Static Parameter Maintenance - A/R & P/M screen.
2 In the Pass Visit Morning Cutoff Time field, enter the cutoff time for morning visits.
3 In the Pass Visit Afternoon Cutoff Time field, enter the cutoff time for afternoon visits. Evening visits will be any
visits that occur after the Pass Visit PM Time.
4 Click Done to save your changes and return to the Main Menu.
Changing the Household ID Number Swipe Format
1 Go to Files � System � Device Maintenance � Printer/Device Maintenance.
2 Select the ID Swipe device linked to the currently logged in user/menu group/workstation/defaults.
3 Click Change.
4 In the Swipe Type field, select the new swipe type.
5 In the Swipe Option field, select the new swipe type.
6 In the Start H/H ID Pos field, enter the starting position in the bar code for the household ID number.
7 In the H/H ID Length field, enter the length of the household ID number.
8 In the Beg F'Memb Pos field, enter the starting position in the bar code for the family member number.
9 In the F'Memb Length field, enter the length of the family member number.
10 Press F1 for field-level Help as needed.
11 Click Done to save your changes and return to the Device Maintenance screen.
12 Click Exit to return to the Main Menu.
System Settings
Changing the Date Format
1 Go to Files � System � Device Maintenance � Printer/Device Maintenance.
2 Select the Static-Parameters device linked to the currently logged in user/menu group/workstation/defaults.
3 Click Change.
4 In the Date Format field, select the code that describes how you want to enter and display dates.
5 Click Done to save your changes and return to the Main Menu.
Changing the Time Format
1 Go to Files � System � Device Maintenance � Printer/Device Maintenance.
2 Select the Static-Parameters device linked to the currently logged in user/menu group/workstation/defaults.
3 Click Change.
