CDBG Report Month-by-month activity enrollment, facility reservation, and
pass visit totals by Age, Race and Income categories
Global Childcare Statement Annual records of payments made towards activities that
have been flagged as "child care" activities
Global Childcare Statements II Annual records of payments made towards activities that
have been flagged as "child care" activities. (Transaction
history records.)

Pulls its data from General Ledger records and NOT from
transaction numbers, like the other Childcare Statements

Global Deposit Liability Report All reservation deposits on account within the system

Global HH Payment Restriction Report Households that have been restricted to using one type of
