Exporting Golf Tee Times in a .dat File
The Tee Time Export program allows you to create a .dat file for selected tee times. The following
information is contained in the export file: Golf Course Number, Play Date, Tee Time and Golfers
1, 2, 3, and 4. Each field is separated by the pipe ( | ) symbol.
1 Go to Period End � Golf � Tee Time Export.
2 Enter or select the range of golf courses for which you wish to export tee time information.
3 Enter or select the range of play dates for which you wish to export tee time information.
4 Enter the range of tee times for which you wish to export tee time information.
5 In the Tee Time Export File field, enter the path and filename to the export file that you wish to create.
6 Click Export.
7 A confirmation message will display when the export is complete. Click OK.
8 Click Exit.
Updating No Show Counts on the Household Record
The No Show Count Update program allows you to update no show counts on the household
record. This information can be displayed during touch screen tee time processing to notify the
end-user if a golfer attempting to make a tee time reservation has had several no-shows in the
past. This program must be run consistently in order to keep this information as up-to-date as
possible.
1 Go to Period End � Golf � No Show Count Update.
2 Use the Individual Selections browser to select individual golf courses for which you wish to update tee time no
show counts.
OR
Enter or select the range of golf courses for which you wish to update tee time now show counts.
Then, choose whether you wish to update for the range plus browser selections, or just browser selections.
3 In the Begin Date and End Date fields, enter or select the range of play dates for which you wish to update no
show counts.
4 Click Process. The system will begin updating the no show counts on the appropriate household records.
5 A message box will display to notify you when the process is complete. Click OK.
6 Click Exit.

Run the Tournament Player Export program (Period End � Golf � Tournament Player Export to
VP).
CYS Procedures
Changing the CYS Installment Billing Start Date
The CYS Installment Billing Date Change Utility allows you to set a standard start date for
installment bills. You would typically use this program in a situation where you just installed CYS
and have set up all your installment bills for existing enrollees with an anticipated installment bill
start date. Once you feel certain that your system has been properly set up and you are ready to
begin using your live CYS database, you might wish to alter your estimated installment bill start
date. You would use this program to do this.
Important Note: Use this program with care if you do not fit the scenario described above. This
program will NOT change the installment bill end date based on the new start date. Therefore,
this program should typically be used only for CYS installment bills.
1 Go to Utilities � CYS � Installment Billing Date Change.
