This Report: Gives You This Information:
CYMS Attendance Report Lists children who were swiped into a Center during any portion
of the date/time range entered. For example, if you set the time
range for 0600p – 0630p and your date range for one week,
07/23 – 07/29, the report will list any child who was swiped
whose visit encompassed some part of that range. Children with
multiple visits will be listed multiple times. So, a child who
swiped in at 0500p and swiped out at 0615p will be included, but
a child who swiped in at 0700a and out at 0559p will not.
CYS Auto Pay Report Lists family members who have a portion of their CYS Program
fees paid automatically when billing is run. The report lists the
program, family member, Agency Paycode and amount of the
benefit/entitlement.
CYS Boys and Girls Club Report Statistical participation analysis of total pass
memberships and visits to selected centers and activities.
CYMS Hourly Visit Report
Roster of hourly visits—who came in and how often, what
was paid, etc.
CYMS Picklist Report Displays set up information for all Codes in CYMS.
CYMS Unique Statistics Report Statistics for CYMS households based on spouse status
and sponsor rank
CYMS Weekly Report Number of children in each activity involved in each stage
of the enrollment process
CYS Ethnicity Report Provides statistical analysis of ethnic diversity by Pass
Memberships or Activity Registrations.
CYS Income Rates Change Report Effects of proposed income category rate changes on the
households in your database
CYS Labor Schedule Tool A report designed to assist CYS directors/managers in
the scheduling process of their staff by displaying trends
in attendance at a specific location during any given
week.
CYS PCS Report Provides a detailed listing of children who are due (or
were due) to PCS from selected CYS activities within the
date range specified.
CYS Rates Report Provides a listing of the CYS Rates Maintenance Table
and can be sorted by Income Category or Program Type.
CYS Unit Labels and Letters Provides labels and letters report capability based on Unit
Table entries.
CYS Visit Report Provides a pass holder’s individual usage totals, either by
Total Visits or Total Hours, over a selected date range.
