VSI Corporate and Executive Overview
Vermont Systems, Inc. (VSI) is a privately owned Vermont corporation founded in 1985 by Bob
Willey and son Giles Willey. VSI's primary purpose is to provide total computer solutions for
specific vertical markets including local government. Since 1989, VSI has specialized in
developing and supporting software for Recreation and Parks Departments at the local, county,
state, and federal levels.
VSI's primary software application products are:
RecTrac – Complete management package for activity registrations, facility reservations,
membership passes, department budgets, equipment rentals, court reservations and etc… in a
Parks and Recreation or Community setting
GolfTrac – POS Registering/Inventory, Membership and Tee Time reservation system for golf
courses
WebTrac – Real-time web registration interface for RecTrac and GolfTrac
FinTrac – Complete financial management for your business
MainTrac – For managing facility, vehicle, equipment, landscaping and tree maintenance
functions.
TeleTrac – Telephony interface to VSI applications
CYMS – Complete management package for military Child and Youth Services
