6 Click Next. You will continue to the Home Course screen.
7 De-select the toggle next to the box labeled ‘Is This A Home Course Score?’
8 Click Next. You will proceed to the Course/Slope Rating screen.
9 Enter the applicable course and slope ratings for the foreign course.
10 Click Next. You will be prompted with the question ‘Would you like to review any of your input?’ Notice that all
of the entries you made are listed at the top of the screen. If any of the entries are incorrect click Yes to cycle
back through your selections and make the applicable correction. Otherwise click No.
11 You will return to the GolfTrac Scores Update Family Member Selection screen where the next golfer may now
enter his or her scores.
Shutting Down the Handicap Update Program
1 Go to the terminal on which you setup the Score Posting program. The GolfTrac Scores Update Family Member
Selection screen should be displayed. If not, click Cancel until you reach this screen.
2 Click Exit. You will continue to the Password Update screen.
3 Enter the exit password that you selected when you started the program.
4 Click Next. You will return to the Main Menu.
Deleting a Handicap Score
1 Go to Utilities � Golf � Golf Scores Delete.
2 Enter the name of the RecTrac family member for whom you wish to delete a handicap score in the Lookup field.
OR
Click Name Search or Pass Number to continue to the Family Member Listing screen.
3 Highlight the appropriate family member and click Select. You will continue to the Handicap Scores Listing
screen.
Note: If this person holds more than one pass, depending on your setup you may visit the Pass
Listing screen before proceeding to the Handicap Scores Listing screen.
4 Highlight the handicap score that you wish to delete. Click Delete.
5 You will be prompted with the following message, "Continue With Delete Of This Score?" Click Yes.
6 Click Exit.
7 You will be prompted with a message that lists your Old Trend Handicap Index and your New Trend Handicap
Index. Click OK. You will return to the GolfTrac Scores Delete Family Member Selection screen.
8 Click Exit.
Tee Time Reservations
Tee Time Reservation Methods
Depending on your needs and preferences, there are three different methods that can be used to
process tee time reservations. Review the following specifications to determine which method
best suits your needs.
Tee Sheet
• Displays 15 tee time slots at one time
• No touch screen capability
• Reserve tee times always starting on the 1st tee
• Schedule tee times for 18 holes
• Minimum resolution of 640 x 480
Touch Tee Sheet - Block
• Displays 112 tee time slots at one time
