Reference Guide RecTrac 10.1 4 Using the Facility Listing browser box, highlight the first facility that you wish to link to the current facility as a child facility. Choose Pool Lane 1. 5 Click the Add>> button to the left of the Overlap Siblings browser box. 6 Repeat steps 4 and 5 for every facility that you wish to link as an overlap sibling to the Current Facility. 1 Click Exit. Do this for Pool Lanes 2 and 3. Running the Facility Links program: 2 The following message will display: "If you have made any changes you need to run the Facility Link Creation Procedure. Do you want to run it now?" Click Yes to proceed to the Facility Links Creation screen. 3 Click Yes to begin the facility link creation process. 4 Click OK when the process is complete to return to the Main Menu. Setting Up Premium Groups In order for premium groups to work properly, you must: • Set up the premium group and its premium dates/times using the Premium Group File Maintenance program. • Link the premium group to the facility on the Facility File Maintenance: Facility Core Information screen. • Link the appropriate bill codes to the facility on the Facility File Maintenance - Facility Fees/Charges screen. • Set up the bill codes that are linked to the facility to allow for premium billing in Bill Codes Maintenance (Files � System � Finance Codes Maintenance). The following steps assume that your facilities and bill codes have already been set up using the Facility File Maintenance and Bill Codes File Maintenance programs, respectively. All other steps are described in detail. To set up the premium group: 1 Go to Files � Facility � Facility Premium Maintenance. You will proceed to the Premium Group Maintenance screen. 2 Click Add. You will proceed to the Premium Group Core Information screen. 3 Enter the Premium Group ID consisting of eight or fewer alphanumeric characters. Click Next. 4 Enter a Description for the premium group. 5 Click Done. 6 The following question displays: "No premiums have been set up for this Premium Group. Do you want to set up Premiums now?" OR If you want the system to add a percentage amount to the standard facility reservation fees, enter a Premium Percentage. 11 Click OK. You will proceed to the Premium Listing screen for the premium group, where the newly added premium date and time will be added to the browser box. 12 To add another premium date/time, click Add and go to step 7. 13 Click
