Clinical Information: See individual test IDs.<br />

Useful For: Assessing antigen-specific T-cell responses, global T-cell function, and quantitating<br />

lymphocyte subsets in a single orderable test. This panel is most helpful when evaluating patients with<br />

immunodeficiencies, where quantitative decreases in T cells can lead to reduced functional antigen and/or<br />

mitogen responses. See individual test IDs for additional information.<br />

Interpretation: Since the presence of lymphopenia, particularly in the T-cell compartment, can reduce<br />

the magnitude of the proliferative response to both mitogens and antigens, it is helpful to perform<br />
