CAPITOLO 4 – IL SETTORE FERROVIARIO 4.5 STRUMENTI DI COMUNICAZIONE CON GLI UTENTI FERROVIARI 4.5.1 Il rapporto con le Associazioni degli utenti Sulla base delle indicazioni della deliberazione di Giunta regionale 72/05, in applicazione di quanto previsto all'art. 17 dalla Legge regionale 30/98, nel corso del 2012 sono proseguite e si sono sviluppate le consultazioni istituzionali con il Comitato regionale degli utenti del trasporto ferroviario regionale, denominato CRUFER. Nel corso del 2012 il Comitato ha continuato a svolgere le funzioni consultive e di facilitazione del rapporto con gli utenti del trasporto ferroviario. Il CRUFER si riunisce periodicamente; per l’organizzazione delle proprie riunioni si avvale del supporto della Regione. Il 2012 ha visto l’avvicendarsi di un nuovo presidente del CRUFER; nella Regione è stata significativa la modifica della “governance” del trasporto ferroviario regionale, con l’assunzione di nuove responsabilità da parte di FER, ai sensi delle modifiche di legge apportate al termine del 2011. Nel confronto con il CRUFER si sono quindi affiancati ai consueti interlocutori diretti rappresentanti della Regione, anche i vertici di FER, con una progressiva assunzione del ruolo di gestori del contratto di servizio. 164
