TheseConditions and Limitations of Use apply to this ReviewReport (“Report”).This Report has been prepared by Hatch Consulting(Hatch Do Brazil LTDA) for the Client and may be usedby the Client in connection with their assessment oftheir projects covered herein and shall not be used norrelied upon by any other party nor for any otherpurpose without the written consent of Hatch (theConsultant). However, the Consultant authorizes thedisclosure and use of this Report by Client strictly for thesole purpose of launching Client’s common shares onthe Bovespa- Sao Paulo Stock Exchange. Suchdisclosure and use shall only occur within the timeframe anticipated under this Report, that being June andJuly 2006.
