1. Passing the school leaving examination at the end of basic school qualifies for Gymnasium.<br />

2. HF (2 years) requires 10th grade. HHX and HTX (general vocational upper secondary) require 1 year of vocational<br />

training after basic school.<br />

3. General or general vocational upper secondary education is required.<br />

4. Apprenticeship / Skilled workers. Combined theoretical school education and practical training.<br />

5. Bachelor’s degree required to get admission to Master’s degree courses.<br />
