Frecuentemente se precisan 3,5-6 l de suero al día.En casos de depleción grave, debe iniciarse perfusión de 500-100 ml/hora.2. Oxigenoterapia. Si Sat O 2 < 95%, medir la PaO 2 . La hipoxemia debe tratarsecon oxigenoterapia intranasal pero debe valorarse la necesidad deventilación asistida.3. Analgesia. No hay pauta claramente superior. El metamizol, clorhidrato demorfina o la meperidina son los fármacos más usados. En casos gravespuede plantearse analgesia epidural.4. Alteraciones metabólicas. Algunos pacientes precisan insulina, calciointravensoso o plasmaféresis por hipertrigliceridemia.Tabla IV.
