Select mode
Use this parameter to specify whether and how particular page elements
should be omitted from or included in the output document. This setting
is applied to all page elements of the type selected with the check boxes
and also to all tints and/or texts with the colors specified in the list at the
bottom. The setting is applied if an element matches at least one of the
specified properties. Choose one of the following settings:
ALL
All page elements will be output, none will be omitted.
OMIT WITHOUT KNOCKOUT
Elements of the selected type will be omitted, all others will be output.
PRINT WITHOUT KNOCKOUT
Only elements of the selected type will be output, all others will be
omitted.
OMIT WITH KNOCKOUT
Elements of the selected type will be replaced by white areas, all
others will be output.
PRINT WITH KNOCKOUT
Only elements of the selected type will be output, all others will be
replaced by white areas.
