Apply PDF orientation
If this option is enabled, page orientation commands in PDF files will be
interpreted. The pages will then be rotated or mirrored as defined in Adobe
Acrobat.
Omit inactive Acrobat layers
This option applies to PDF documents with layered content. If enabled,
PDF layers with the DEFAULT STATE set to OFF in Adobe Acrobat will not
be included in the output documents.

Note:
Keep image spot color separations
Enable this option to preserve spot color separations of images. If this
option is disabled, the spot color separations are converted to CMYK.
This option does not affect images created with the Photoshop versions
2.5–4. There is a separate option for such images (see below).
Keep Photoshop V2.5-4 image spot color sep.
This option applies to images created using the Photoshop versions
2.5–4. If enabled, the spot color separations of such images are preserved.
If disabled, they are converted to CMYK.
