Using ICC Color Management
Please note that non-relevant profiles are filtered out. When selecting
e.g. a monitor profile, only RGB profiles appear in the list, CMYK profiles
are not shown.
‘Modify ICC Profile’ Dialog
Use this dialog to select an ICC input profile and rendering intent for the
current image. The dialog uses the default settings defined under DE-
FAULT INPUT COLOR SPACE... in the ICC Color Management dialog.
The MODIFY ICC PROFILE dialog allows you to overwrite these default
settings so that the new settings are used automatically the next time
you open an image of the same type.

Note:
Profile Name
Enter the path name of the ICC profile to be used for this image into the
input box at the top or click or to open the ICC PROFILES dialog (see
page 30-9). If a profile is stored in the image file, EMBEDDED PROFILE is
displayed in addition to the profile name.
ORIS PDF Tuner supports embedded ICC profiles of TIFF, JPEG and
Image EPS files.
Rendering Intent (‘For:...’)
Choose one of the four rendering intents (e.g. ABSOLUTE COLORIMETRIC)
to define the way colors are mapped from one color space to another.
Refer to page 30-8 for more details.
Profile Selection Method
The settings in this list are only available if the USE AS DEFAULT option is
enabled. Determine the way an ICC profile is selected the next time you
open images whose type (CMYK, RGB or Grayscales) corresponds to
that of the current image.
For more details on these settings (CHOOSE ON OPEN, FIXED, etc.) refer
to Input Profile Selection Method (page 30-7).
