Correcting Paths with Path Editor
The Path Editor is a powerful tool for creatively modifying paths using
Bézier curves and by adding, moving and deleting points. This tool is
started automatically if combined paths are corrected (see above).
However, you can also use it for standard paths if you modify the path
type beforehand.
1. Activate the paths to be corrected (see page 8-1).
2. Select PATHS | EDIT | COMBINE (see page 8-6).
This function turns the paths into so-called Combined Paths which
can now no longer be corrected by applying the function that was
used to create them. This is also true if there is only one active path
and therefore nothing to combine.
3. Click or select EDIT | CORRECT to start the Path Editor.
4. Refer to page 9-1 for more details.
Transforming and Moving Paths
Paths can be moved and also transformed in many different ways, e.g.
scaled, mirrored, rotated, distorted perspectively, etc. To do so:
1. Activate the path(s) to be modified (see page 8-1).
2. Select PATHS | TRANSFORM or double-click one of the active paths.
The TRANSFORMATIONS toolbar and resize handles are displayed.
3. You can move the paths with the mouse button pressed down, resize
and rotate them using the handles and transform them in many different
ways. Refer to Transformations (page 19-1) for more details.

Combining and Separating Paths
You can split up paths into segments and also combine several paths
into a new path. Proceed as follows:
1. Activate the paths you want to separate or combine (see page 8-1).
2. Select PATHS | EDIT | SEPARATE or COMBINE respectively.
