Correcting and Removing Frames
Removing a frame may be necessary, for example, if you have colored
an exterior frame and then want to insert an image into the original path.
This is not possible without removing the frame as the two path segments
of a frame cannot be activated separately.
To correct or remove a frame:
1. Activate the framed path (see page 8-1).
2. Select the framing function you have used, i.e.
FRAME INNER & OUTER – or
FRAME CENTERED
3. Modify the frame size by doing one of the following:
• SHIFT-click, then move the mouse vertically. The value corresponding
to the cursor position is indicated in the window’s status
bar. Click again when the value you want is reached.
• Enter the value on the keyboard (direct input).
To remove the frame, enter 0. This restores the original path.
To remove a frame:
1. Activate the framed path.
2. Click or select EDIT | CORRECT ( +M/CTRL+M).
