Nous pensons que c'est davantage dans ce type d'explication
et d'engrenage, bien plus que dans la théorie traditionnelle
des économies d'échelle, du « monopole naturel»
ou des défaillances du marché, qu'il faut chercher l'origine
de nos monopoles et «services publics» contemporains.
