AÇISINDAN AVANTAJ VE DEZAVANTAJLARI
Özet

01 11 2008 tarihinde 4 pilot ilde 2. basamak tedavi kurumlarında aile hekimliği
sevk zorunluluğu uygulaması başlatılmıştır. Denizli Devlet hastanesi bu iller
içinde kapasitesi en büyük devlet hastanesidir. Bu çalışmada sevk zorunluluğu
uygulanmasından önceki ve sonraki istatistikî verilerin karşılaştırılması ve hastalar
açısından avantaj ve dezavantajlarının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır.
Hastanemizde istatistik birimi, hasta hakları birimi, halkla ilişkiler birimi, kalite
ve performans birimi ve fatura biriminden gelen veriler aşağıdaki şekilde
sınıflandırıldı.
Aile hekimliği sevk zorunluluğu yeşil kart hastaları ve resmi hastaları kapsamamaktadır.
Bu çalışmadan elde edilen tüm istatistik veriler excelde değerlendirilerek histogramları
çıkarıldı. Önceki ve sonraki istatistik verilerinin yorumlanması yapıldı, konu ile
ilgili olarak hasta ve hasta yakınlarından gelen dilek ve öneriler incelendi, il sağlık
müdürlüğüne iletildi.

Abstract
On the date of 01.11.2008 in 4 pilot cities in the second (2.) degree treatment
association’s. The family practice dispatch necessity application has been begun.
Denizli State Hospital is the State Hospital that has the biggest capacity among these
cities. In this study It was aimed to compare the former and the latter statistical in
formations from the dispatch necessity application and to research the advantages
and the disadvantages from the patient point of view.
In our hospital the information’s coming from the unit of statistics, the unit of the
patient rights, the unit of public relation, the unit of the quality and the performance
and the unit of invoice were classified.
The family practice dispatch necessity doesn’t include the green cart patients
and the formal patients .All statistical information’s that obtained from the study
reviewed in excel and brought out their histograms. The statistical comments of
the former and the latter information’s were done. The desires and the suggestions
coming from patients and from patients relatives were looked over and informed to
the Local Health Authors.
