στην αντιμετώπιση των προβλημάτων κυρίως
της κατιούσης θωρακικής αορτής. Η βελτίωση των
τεχνικών δυνατοτήτων και οι μεγαλύτερες προοπτικές
μελέτες αναμένεται να διευκρινίσουν ακόμη
περισσότερο τις ενδείξεις και να διαγράψουν ένα
ελπιδοφόρο μέλλον για τη μέθοδο αυτή.
